In this 30-minute class, Mr. Chris guides young learners through the basics of mindfulness — exploring emotions, where they come from, and how to work with them. Students practice simple breathing techniques and calming exercises they can use anytime they feel overwhelmed, anxious, or just need a reset. A gentle, nurturing class that gives kids real tools for navigating big feelings.
